STONE DUPLEX studio apartment is located in a quiet part of Budva and it's about 300m away from the Podmaine monastery and 1km from the city center. The nearest beach is about 2km far from the property.

This stone house was built in authentic style. It has an area of 50m2 and can accommodate 4 people. The lower floor contains a sitting area where you will be most excited about the space around the fireplace. This corner is perfect for watching TV or reading a book with a glass of wine. The kitchen is fully equipped, and in addition to dishes, you will have a fridge, cooker etc.
You have a dining table with chairs in the house, but also on the terrace, so you can also enjoy the fresh air while having a meal. The studio is air-conditioned, and as the house is made in stone with paved floor, you will not feel the excessive summer temperature. On the first floor there is a large double bed, but also 2 single large beds, so there will be enough space for sleep and rest.
